Federer & Nadal Have Weaknesses, Djokovic Doesn’t Says Former World No. 1

-

Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have flaws, but Novak Djokovic doesn’t, says Mats Wilander.

The Big Three era is the best in tennis history because of these amazing players. Each could be called the greatest ever, though many think Djokovic might be ahead.

Wilander talked about the Big Three with Eurosport and shared his thoughts. He believes Djokovic’s greatness wasn’t obvious at first like Federer and Nadal’s , but it became clear over time.

Comparing Legends:

Wilander said Djokovic’s brilliance was hidden initially. “With Novak, I think when he came on the circuit early on, we didn’t see his greatness because his greatness was more inside of him than on the outside. I think with Roger and Rafa, the greatness, you could see it. You could see it in the shot, in the technique.”

Fans might think this is a bold statement.

He also pointed out that Djokovic has no weaknesses. “What we didn’t realize is that there were no weaknesses anywhere in his game on any surface. I think it took a while for everybody to understand that he doesn’t have weaknesses. Federer has a weakness. Nadal has weaknesses. Djokovic doesn’t really have a weakness.”

In conclusion, each of these players has millions of fans for good reasons—mainly their incredible tennis skills.

Do you agree with Wilander?
